CDI Notice to readers - correction
A number of lines of text in the first article of CDI 15/1 (Chemoprophylaxis of Haemophilus influenzae type B infection) failed to appear in the final copy. The missing lines should have appeared in the right-hand column of page 2 in section i). The full section reads:
"i) Household contacts: the risk to family contacts of an index case is greater for children under 2 years of age (2-5% will develop Hib within 30 days, up to 1000 times the population rate) and negligible over 4 years of age."
