Table 1 in the Annual report: surveillance of adverse events following immunisation in Australia, 2004 (Commun Dis Intell 2005;29 (3):248-262), was incorrect. The rows for the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales were omitted. The corrected table is reprinted in this erratum.
